What does it cost to finish a basement?
Every basement is different. Square footage, whether you're adding a bathroom, and how much of the space you finish all move the number, so anyone who quotes you over the phone is guessing. We come out, measure, and hand you a written price, line by line. That visit is free and you owe nothing for it.
How long will my basement take?
It depends on the size of the space and whether there's a bathroom going in. You'll get a schedule along with your written quote, before you commit to anything. And if something shifts along the way, you hear it from us the day it happens, not the week after.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We handle the permit and we meet the inspector. You don't have to call the city or take a day off work.
